Mindful & Multicultural Counseling in Ewing, NJ
|
We care about how much suffering there is in this world, especially those who identify as Black and Brown, Queer, Trans, and/or Neurodivergent. We are a gender and queer affirming practice.
We are passionate and well trained in helping people with anxiety, worry, depression, PTSD, trauma, addiction, OCD, ADHD, pregnancy and postpartum, racism, discrimination, oppression, relationship issues, and sexuality. We believe that counseling can help you feel more hopeful and in control of your life. You can become friends with your emotions, feel better about yourself, be more comfortable in your body, learn to accept the things you cannot change, and change the things you can. We fuse mindfulness into our mental health clinic and have a number of skilled and caring therapists who want to help you. Schedule an appointment with us. |

We honor that there are many paths to health, well-being, and liberation and we want to support you on that journey.
We value dismantling racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, ableism, classism, and religious intolerance that makes you think you don't matter and/or makes your life harder.
