Meet Our Caring, Professional Therapists

Our therapy team offers a range of services for adolescents, couples and adults 6 days a week. From trauma, depression, anxiety, pregnancy/postpartum, addiction, practicing mindfulness, and more. We appreciate that entering into therapy takes courage and requires some vulnerability.

The goal for our team is to support you on your journey in a holistic way (mind-body-spirit-social). We know that different styles and approaches work for different people, at different points in their life. Our approach ranges from supportive, skills-focused, experiential and focusing on patterns in relationships. Give us a call and our team can help you find the right match.

Jamie, our intake coordinator, is usually available Monday to Friday. We try to return calls and emails within 1 business day.  When you complete our new client form you can schedule a time to chat with Jamie if that would be supportive.
