About Taryn:
Taryn is the clinical director of Mindful and Multicultural Counseling Center in Ewing, NJ. She has been practicing for over 10 years and has spent the last 5 years working with AFAB (assigned female at birth) and Female presenting adults with ADHD who were (mostly) diagnosed later in life. She incorporates different approaches running from CBT and DBT to ART and Emotion Freedom Technique to help her clients work to navigate life and improve their ability to manage symptoms of executive dysfunction while providing education on the ways in which ADHD
impacts all areas of their lives. She herself has ADHD and is able to blend personal experience and professional knowledge to help her clients find the path that speaks to them the most. Taryn also specializes in working with the LGBTQIA+ community, Kink and ENM communities and
with those working towards or are in recovery from addiction. Outside of the therapy room, Taryn enjoys reading and watching different documentaries with her cats and enjoys Crossfit.
